The Assessment
You'll know what to fix first.
The 5 to 7 jobs eating your week and the fix for each one. Sometimes that's AI. Often it's something simpler.
The Deliverable
You're buying the report. Here's the report.
Illustrative example. Fictional business, not client results.
Where you are, where you're going
Executive summary
The pain
The owner runs the jobs and the office. Quotes get typed twice, invoices get chased by hand, and every job's notes go into two systems. Roughly 7 hours a week of office work lands on the owner's desk after the vans are back.
The outcome
Six changes, none of them a new platform. Four use software the business already pays for. Together they return about 5 hours a week, starting with the quote template on day one.
5 hrs
Hours you can reclaim every week
305 minutes across six quick wins, each counted once
Primary focus
Stop typing the same job into two places.

The bottom line
Financial impact
$1,540
Estimated monthly net value of time returned
22 hours a month at an assumed $75 an hour, minus $110 a month in tools. An estimate of what the hours are worth, not cash in the bank.
Weekly time returned
About 5 hrs
305 minutes across six quick wins, each counted once
Total monthly tool cost
$110
Two paid tools and one paid seat, at illustrative prices
Cash, kept separate
Cash saved: $45 a month, one subscription the business was paying for twice, now cancelled. Cash spent: $110 a month on tools. Net cash: $65 a month out of pocket. The return is in the hours, not the bank balance.
$75 an hour is an illustrative assumption for what an owner's hour is worth. Put your own number in. Monthly hours are weekly minutes times 52, divided by 12.

Nine pages, specific to your business:
-
Executive summary.
Your top 3 opportunities in plain English.
-
Impact vs. Effort.
Every opportunity mapped on one matrix. The report focuses on Quick Wins: high impact, low effort. It also tells you what to ignore, which matters just as much.
-
The fix for each one.
Named tools, monthly costs, no affiliate links. Some of these are AI. Some are ordinary automation. Some are just stopping something you don't need to do anymore.
-
Financial impact.
Your monthly net ROI after tool costs, and the weekly time returned. One number that answers "was this worth it" before you've finished reading.
-
4-day quick start plan.
Your first Quick Win, broken into afternoons.
Every recommendation comes from what you told us on the call. If your five opportunities are the same as another owner's five, one of us wasn't listening.
How It Works
One call. One report. One walkthrough.
01
The call.
45 minutes on Zoom. We walk through your actual workday. Yesterday, specifically. The tasks you dread, the places work piles up, the automation that failed last year. No pitch, no slides. We pull problems, and the problems tell us where the time is.
02
The report.
Within 3 business days of the call you get a written assessment. Your top 3 opportunities up front. A priority order for all 5 to 7. The exact fix for each, what it costs per month, the financial impact, and a 4-day quick start plan for the first one.
03
The walkthrough.
The day after your report lands. 30 minutes, screen share, your report open. We go through every recommendation line by line until you know exactly what you're doing Monday morning. You leave with a plan you could hand to anyone, including yourself.
The price covers all three: the call, the report, and the walkthrough. The report says what to fix and how. Building it is separate work, and it only comes up if you raise it on the walkthrough.
The Guarantee
See your path to 5+ hours a week, or it's free.
If your report doesn't show you a path to 5 or more hours a week, we refund every dollar. Tell us on the walkthrough call. No form, no friction, no hard feelings. The hours are almost always hiding in the first 20 minutes of the call.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. You've already paid. There's nothing to sell you on the call, which is exactly why it works. Some owners ask us afterward to build what's in the report. That's available, and it is never raised unless you raise it.
Can I see what this looks like first?
Yes. There's a free tool you can run right now: give the follow-up writer your real numbers on an unpaid invoice and it writes the three follow-up emails, about a minute start to finish. Nothing to sign up for.
What if AI isn't the answer for my business?
Then the report says so, job by job. Plenty of what we find gets fixed with a form, a template, or a reminder that sends itself. You're paying for the hours, not the technology. The report is honest about which parts of your business should stay exactly as they are.
What if I already use AI?
Even better. The call goes faster past the basics and the report goes deeper. Most owners using AI are using it on the wrong five tasks.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Come as you are. The whole method is walking through your real week, and you already know your week.
What happens after I pay?
You land on a scheduling page and pick a call time. After the call, your report arrives within 3 business days, and the walkthrough happens the day after that. Then you start on the first Quick Win.
What if I want help implementing?
About 6 in 10 owners ask. We'll talk about it on the walkthrough if you bring it up. The report is written so you never have to.
Ask first
Have a question first?
You don't need to buy anything to ask me something.
